Updated CLP-Regulation: are your products subject to the new Union-wide Poison Centres Notification (PCN) and UFI (here)?
Implementing regulation on duty to update dossiers (Art. 22):
ECHA does not consider any dossier updates during evaluation decision making
- Once ECHA has sent a draft decision to registrants, dossier updates will not be taken into account during decision making
. - Registrants cannot retrospectively downgrade their tonnage band or remove certain uses from their registration to remove requests for information from ECHA’s decisions.
ECHA does not alert the registrants before starting dossier evaluation: as a registrant you are responsible for keeping your own registration up to date with any new and relevant information.
Registrants need to keep their registration dossiers up to date at all times.
